- Production Process
From Palm to Product – Our Process
Every step in our production chain is carefully managed — from harvesting the palm fruits to refining, testing, and bottling in hygienic conditions.
(1) Harvesting from Our Plantation
We begin at our own oil palm plantations, where ripe fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) are carefully harvested to ensure peak oil content and quality.
(2) Processing & Extraction
The fruits are steamed and pressed to extract crude palm oil. This step separates the oil-rich pulp from the fiber and kernel.
(3) Refining & Purification
Through refining, bleaching, and deodorizing, we turn crude palm oil into RBD Palm Olein — a clean, golden oil ready for use in kitchens and industries.
(4) Strict Quality Control
Each batch undergoes lab testing for purity, color, moisture, and fatty acid content — ensuring compliance with Malaysian and international food standards.
(5) Hygienic Packaging
Our oil is packed in PET bottles, tins, and jerrycans using automated, food-grade machinery — maintaining hygiene and freshness from start to finish.
(6) Distribution Across Malaysia & Asia
